Ivonne Flores is a compassionate and intuitive somatic mindfulness facilitator at Oregon Regenerative Medicine, where she helps clients cultivate presence and deepen their connection to themselves. With a grounding in self-compassion, Ivonne supports individuals in exploring their inner landscape and expanding their capacity to engage fully with the human experience.
Ivonne brings a heart-centered approach to her work, with the intention of helping clients celebrate the essential vibrancy of being alive. Her facilitation style is rooted in awareness, gently guiding individuals to listen for what they truly yearn for while nurturing a daily practice of bliss—one that expands their capacity to be with all of life, including its joys and its challenges.
Rooted in the belief that mindfulness is both a practice and a pathway to healing, Ivonne supports clients in strengthening their intrinsic wisdom through guided meditation, gentle movement, and body-based awareness. Her approach encourages authentic self-expression and emotional resilience, especially in the face of pain or transition.
Together with Dr. Kristian Flores, Ivonne co-developed a unique program integrating ketamine-assisted somatic mindfulness, (KASM), supporting individuals living with depression, PTSD, or those feeling stuck in certain areas of life. She also offers one-on-one sessions without ketamine, tailored to each individual’s needs and path.
With years of experience as a mindfulness facilitator and somatic coach, Ivonne is currently working to obtain additional certification in Somatic Experiencing®, an internationally recognized trauma healing modality. A lifelong learner, her life’s work is to soften into spaces of heart-centered connection—within herself and in relationship with others—and to walk beside her clients as they return to their own aliveness with presence, care, and loving-kindness.
